Wow, this place exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and even came with umbrellas. The grounds are stunning—they have a huge botanical garden that's free for hotel guests. We took a trolley tour through the garden, which really felt like an oasis: lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. There's also a convenient trolley available if you want to get around the property, and parking is provided for guests. There are several pools to enjoy, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety with something for everyone. The staff was very kind, and the on-site restaurant had a wide range of delicious options. The coffee shop was a lovely touch, allowing us to grab refreshing iced coffee throughout the day. We stayed as a couple and didn’t expect so many children, so if you’re looking for a quiet, child-free experience, you might consider other options. Also, note that the pools don’t have sunbeds if that’s something you’re looking for. But overall, we’re very happy with our stay!

They are surrounded by beautiful garden with many paths, animals to watch and plants. They really taking care of the gardens , we could see a lot of people working there. We checked in super quick , room was big , sunny with the lake view. We used also swimming pool, which was clean. All the staff starting with the reception, cleaners, all breaking staff and people who were looking after the gardens were very polite and nice. We booked for 3 nights but we extended our stay as it is super relaxing environment. The breakfast was good as well with many choices, mostly Asian food but also there is a choice of European food. Big thank you to all staff. Who are working hard . We really enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of 4 traveling with small kids. Our kids loved and enjoyed the offer of the hotel. The pool was nice and the weather perfectly warm (Dez) to enjoy it. We went to feed the animals in the Botanical Garden almost every day. Breakfast was good as it had variety. I missed a little more international taste. Fruits offered were so tasty. A lot of people have said the beds are too hard. I liked them. The hotel is silent and calm. Has lots of green areas. 2 playgrounds in the Botanical Garden.

Very Olde Worlde, …down to the rustic padlock on the door of the room 🤣 The room was nice, with a terrace overlooking one of the lakes (lots of huge fish!) We had private pool access, which was excellent. The range of attractions within the complex is impressive, …would need a couple of days just to get around everything! Breakfast restaurant was OK, service and food at the other restaurant was not impressive…

The resort is quite large and was very empty while we were there. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The resort is attached to a botanical gardens and you can tour around in an open shuttle. You can also rent bikes. The gardens has a playground, zoo, swimming pool, and lots of areas for stopping to view the flora and fauna.
